About the Project
Face to Grace Beauté is Isabela Blanchet's holistic beauty brand rooted in Ayurvedic philosophy and natural skincare. As the business prepared for a digital relaunch, Annexal stepped in as a strategic partner — translating Isabela's deep expertise and personal ethos into a cohesive online presence across her website, social channels, email newsletter, and educational offerings.
The Challenge
Isabela's knowledge and approach were highly distinctive, but the digital presence didn't yet reflect that depth. Generic copy couldn't capture her Ayurvedic philosophy. Social media lacked a consistent, authentic voice for a premium audience. And her expertise needed to be packaged into scalable digital products — courses and workshops — with a promotion strategy to match. The goal was to make every touchpoint feel like Isabela, not an off-the-shelf spa brand.

Our approach
Website Copy & Brand Messaging
Refined the Services page (Ask the Alchemist and Online Customized Facial) and About page through multiple revision rounds — ensuring the tone felt personal, premium, and educational. Copy was shaped to explain the collaborative journey between Isabela and her clients, not just list services. Visual direction was also consulted on: natural textures, sages, gold, peach, and lavender replacing generic spa aesthetics.
Social Media Content Calendar
Built a Q3–Q4 2026 content calendar for Facebook and Instagram using a Tuesday/Friday posting structure. Post concepts and titles were refined to match Isabela's audience language — for example, "The Cooling Trio Pitta Skin Loves" rather than generic ingredient-focused titles. Annexal handles platform synchronization and scheduling while Isabela leads creative production.
Course & Workshop Promotion
Developed promotional content for the "4-Seasons Embrace Your Natural Beauty" course and upcoming intensive workshops covering soap making and beauty techniques. Strategy focused on bridging Isabela's in-person expertise into a scalable digital education model.
Newsletter & Community Building
Designed the structural framework for Isabela's monthly newsletter — headers, text boxes, and content flow — as she launched her mailing list from scratch. Also flagged upcoming opportunities (such as beauty segments for women's retreats) for promotion once confirmed.
